Excalibur Design has the product and technical knowledge of over 60years combined experience within the laminate industry and is able to offer a solution for all your laminate requirements.
Our 10,000 sq ft premises are located on the South Coast and are fully equipped with the most up to date Hi-Tech machinery, including the latest Computerised Numeric Control (CNC) machining/routing centre that allows production of custom engineered components accurately and quickly.
The most technically advanced edge-banding and panel saws enable our operatives to carry out work efficiently and safely to meet the standards expected by our clients.
Our continued commitment and investment allows us to stay at the forefront of laminate fabrication and our on-going training ensures we maintain high standards and staff safety.
Excalibur Design specialise in the manufacture of laminate, compact laminate and solid surface components for washroom fit outs, reception desks, tea points, bars/counters, laboratories and both residential and commercial kitchens. We have our own fully trained and vetted installation team who hold full site safety accreditation.
Over the past 15 years we have amassed extensive experience of working on projects in schools, hospitals, airports, mental health units, Ministry of Defence, retail and shopfitting and have carried out many high-profile office refurbishment and new build contracts.
